How to Use the Puffco Pivot

1. Charge itFully charge before first use with the included USB-C cable (the port is on the bottom). Triple-click to check: Green is full, Orange is about half, Red is low.

2. Load a small dabOpen the mouthpiece and drop in your concentrate. Less is more: overpacking leads to sticky, leaky messes. Close the cap. A hot knife makes loading easier.

3. Pick a heat settingSingle-click to cycle through the four settings: Blue, Green, Red and White.

4. Start heatingDouble-click to start your dab. The Pivot double-buzzes and flashes when it’s ready.

5. Boost if you wantDuring the dab, double-click again to extend the heat cycle and raise the temperature. Don’t heat it more than 4 times in a row.

6. Swab and power offWhile the chamber is still warm, swab the bowl and mouthpiece. Hold the power button to turn the device on or off.

Battery life

Puffco rates the Pivot at up to 15 heat cycles per charge on the lowest (blue) setting. Higher settings use more battery, and each Boost counts as an extra heat cycle.

How often

Puffco’s rule of thumb is a thorough clean each time the battery fully runs down and needs recharging. Clean the connection right away if you get a red-white flash or notice flooding between the base and chamber. If a well-cleaned chamber still tastes off, it may be time for a fresh one from the Pivot 3D Chamber 2-Pack.

Never open the base. Puffco says disassembling the base immediately voids the warranty, and the base should never be submerged.
