How to Clean DaVinci Vaporizer Products

Cleaning and maintaining your vaporizer is important as it will allow for better draws, reduce stains, and increase the lifespan of your device. Cleaning your vaporizer is no trouble, and can be done quickly.

Do not clean when the device is hot. Wait for 10 minutes after a session.

Note: Before cleaning your DaVinci vaporizer, make sure it is not plugged in and wait for it to cool down. Never use abrasive materials such as steel wool, as they may scratch the surface.

1Remove the partsRemove the mouthpiece and herb chamber from the device.
2Take it apartDisassemble the herb chamber and screens, if applicable.
3Clean the chamberUsing cotton swabs or pipe cleaners, gently clean the inside of the device's chamber and the threads of the connection points.
4Soak the partsFill a small container with isopropyl alcohol (at least 91% purity), and submerge the mouthpiece, herb chamber, and any removable components in the alcohol. Allow them to soak for a few minutes.
5ScrubUse a cotton swab or pipe cleaner to gently scrub the mouthpiece, herb chamber, and other components. Ensure you clean all surfaces, including small crevices.
6Rinse and dryRinse the cleaned components with warm water and dry them with a clean, soft cloth.
7Burn off residueReassemble the device and turn it on to the highest temperature setting for a few minutes to burn off any remaining alcohol residue.
8Cool downTurn off the device and allow it to cool down completely. Your DaVinci vaporizer is now clean and ready for use.

Some can. The IQ2 can switch between dry herb and extracts with its replacement chambers, and the IQC is compatible with dry herb and concentrates. For 510 oil cartridges, DaVinci makes the ARTIQ.

What are DaVinci dosing capsules (dosage pods)?

DaVinci Stainless Steel Dosing Capsules are reusable 0.3 g threaded capsules for IQ-series vaporizers, including the IQ, IQC, IQ2 and IQ3. They let you pre-load doses for easy loading on the go. The IQC also comes with its own 0.2 g dosage pod.

Do I need an app to use a DaVinci vaporizer?
