How to Clean DynaVap Products

Cleaning and maintaining your vaporizer is important as it will allow for better draws, reduce stains, and increase the lifespan of your device. Cleaning your vaporizer is no trouble, and can be done quickly.

Do not clean when the device is hot. Wait for 10 minutes after a session.

1Take it apartDisassemble your DynaVap into its components, including the cap, tip and condenser or stem, so you can reach every surface.

2SoakPlace the stainless steel and glass parts in 99% isopropyl alcohol for 15 to 30 minutes to dissolve built-up residue.

3Scrub and rinseGently scrub with a soft brush or pipe cleaner, focusing on stubborn buildup, then rinse thoroughly with warm water.

4Dry and reassembleLet every part dry completely, then reassemble your DynaVap, making sure all parts are properly aligned and secured.

Silicone parts, like the B2 stem, should be washed with warm soapy water instead of alcohol. The included Pink Slip cleaning tab is great for quick wipe-downs between deep cleans. It’s recommended to clean your DynaVap regularly, typically after every 5 to 10 uses or whenever you notice a decline in vapor production or flavor.

What is a DynaVap?

A DynaVap is a battery-free dry herb vaporizer made in the USA. Instead of a battery, you heat the cap with a torch or induction heater until it clicks at vaporization temperature, then draw. DynaVap calls its devices thermal extraction devices.

Which DynaVap should I buy?

For the lowest price, the all-glass G3. For a first DynaVap with a tough build, the B2. For the most pocketable all stainless steel option, the M7. For cooler draws and six airflow settings, the M7 XL.

How do you use a DynaVap?

Remove the cap, load ground herb into the tip, and replace the cap. Heat the cap with a torch until it clicks, which takes about 5 to 7 seconds, then inhale from the mouthpiece. The cap clicks again as it cools, and you can reheat for another cycle.

Do DynaVap vaporizers need a torch?

They need a heat source. The G3, B2, M7 and M7 XL kits each include a single-flame torch lighter that ships empty, so you will need butane. The B2, M7 and M7 XL also work with induction heaters, but DynaVap does not recommend induction heaters for the glass G3.

What is the difference between the DynaVap M7 and M7 XL?

Both use the same M7 Tip, Captive Cap and roughly 0.1g bowl. DynaVap lists the M7 at 9.1 cm and 17.3 grams and the M7 XL at 10.8 cm and 26 grams. The XL uses the M XL condenser assembly with six airflow settings for cooler draws, while the M7 fits a 10mm water pipe.

What is the difference between the DynaVap B2 and G3?

The G3 is all glass with a 0.05g bowl and the lowest price. The B2 has a stainless steel tip, an unbreakable silicone stem, a bigger 0.075g bowl and a 10mm water pipe fit, and it works with induction heaters.

Can I use a DynaVap with a bong?

The B2 and M7 both fit a 10mm water piece. DynaVap does not list a water pipe fit for the M7 XL or the G3.

Can DynaVap vaporizers be used with concentrates?

DynaVap sells and describes its vaporizers as dry herb devices. For concentrates, look at an electric dab rig or a wax pen instead.

Is DynaVap conduction or convection?

Both. DynaVap vaporizers heat the herb through the hot tip (conduction) and the hot air drawn through the cap (convection). DynaVap says the M7's redesigned cap increases convection compared with earlier models.
