Peak Pro 3DXL Quick Start Guide

1. Charging: Charge the battery to 100% before you use the unit for the first time.
2. Water: Place water in the glass just above the air holes. Don’t overfill, and do not put water inside the glass when you connect it to the base. Do not get any water into the base. The glass has a laser-cut hole to filter the water.
3. Connect the Glass: Make sure the hole in the glass aligns with the chamber. Slowly put it in the base and make sure you attach it.
4. Power On: Hold the power button down for three seconds.
5. Setting the Temperature: Click the button once. This toggles through the presets.
6. The lights you see indicate the heat level. (White, red, green, blue). This way you know the heat level you are using.
7. Load: Use the included loading tool. Put your concentrates into the bowl.
8. Cap: Put the carb cap on the chamber and press it down.
9. Heat: Click the button twice quickly to heat. The lights pulse while it is heating.
10. To exit heating at any time, press and hold the button. It takes about 20 seconds to heat. Wait for the lights to flash 3 times to indicate it is ready.
11. Inhale: Take a gentle draw with the mouthpiece.
12. Maintain: After each use, clean the chamber with the cotton swab. When you store the device, keep it away from moisture and humidity.

Heat Settings

Every preset has a certain objective. Try using all of them to see what is best for you.

• Low Heat (Blue, 490° F): This gives you more flavor and less vapor.
• Medium Heat (Green, 510°F): This gives you equal flavor and vapor.
• High Heat (Red, 530°F): This provides more vapor and a little less flavor.
• Highest Heat (White, 545°F): This gives you the most vapor with a light flavor. 

Modes

Boost: This mode gives you more time and makes the temperature higher. Click the button twice after it has finished heating to utilize this mode.

Stealth: This turns off the lights for subtle use. Click the button four times quickly to access this mode.

Ready: To use this mode, you need the Power Dock (not included). You will also need the app. This lets the device automatically choose a heat profile once you take it off the dock. 

New Peak Compared to New Peak Pro 3DXL

The New Peak Pro 3DXL has a matte feel. The mouthpiece is also different, as it has a percolator.  The most significant difference is the 3DXL chamber and the joystick carb cap.

The New Peak Pro is available in two colors: Onyx and Pearl. For price, the previous-gen Peak Pro (2020) is now less expensive.

Automatic Heat Control

Reach the temperature you desire with one button. The temperature stays the same, even if you load an immense amount into the chamber.

Upgraded Dabbing with the 3DXL Chamber

The new 3DXL ceramic chamber doesn’t heat from the bottom; it heats from the sides. This keeps the quality of your concentrates for consistent rips. When you are taking larger dabs, quality matters. Inside the chamber is a sensor that tracks the temperature, so heat stays consistent.

The New Peak Pro does not heat if you are not inhaling, so your concentrates do not burn. This saves your concentrates and saves you more.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the main difference between the New Peak and the New Peak Pro?

The New Peak Pro works with the Puffco Connect App. You can have custom heat profiles.

You can buy the New Peak Pro with the 3DXL chamber. The device itself is heavier and larger. You can also charge it with a wireless charging base.

The New Peak has 4 heat presets and the standard 3D chamber. It charges with USB-C. The New Peak is smaller and lighter. You cannot use the Puffco app.

Is the 3DXL Chamber different than the 3D Chamber?

Yes. The 3DXL Chamber is larger and heats from the sides, not just the bottom. It gives you double the amount of vapor. The Joystick Carb Cap is also larger to fit the chamber.

If I did not open the factory seal or use the product, can I return it?

You cannot return open products. The factory seal must be in place.

Is the New Peak Pro glass different from the New Peak glass?

Yes. The New Peak Pro glass has a spiral design inside. It also has 5 percolator holes for better filtering and provides better airflow.

How do I clean the New Peak Pro?

Use 99% isopropyl alcohol to clean.

1. Unscrew the atomizer and clean the gold connection pins underneath.
   1. For a deeper clean, fully submerge the atomizer in iso for 30 minutes. Make sure it is fully dry before scewing it back on.
2. Clean the connection where the atomizer screws in.
3. Clean the airpath in your base
4. Submerge the glass mouthpiece in the iso for 30 minutes.
   1. After it has soaked, rinse it well with room temperature water.
5. Make sure all parts are dry before reassembling. 

How do I use the Puffco Power Dock?

The Power Dock has Qi charging capability.

1. Make sure the Power Dock has a full charge. This takes approximately 3 hours.
2. Insert the New Peak Pro into the Power Dock.
   1. The blue light on the Power Dock will turn on to confirm there is a connection.
3. Click the button on the Dock to check the power level. The 4 white lights show the power level.
4. With Ready Mode, the New Peak Pro will begin heating once you remove it from the dock. You can set your preferred temperature too.

Why is my device flashing 3 times with white lights?

This means you have to attach the chamber. Unscrew the chamber and screw it on again. It cannot be too loose or too tight. If it is too tight, try loosening it a little.
