The Puffco New Proxy is the updated version of Puffco’s modular concentrate vaporizer. This Pipe Kit pairs the new app-enabled Proxy base with the glass Proxy Pipe. A taller New Proxy 3D Chamber holds bigger dabs with less splash-out, Bluetooth control through the Puffco Connect app lets you dial in temperature, session time and lighting, and the base works with every Proxy glass piece plus the Proxy Core. How to Use the Puffco New Proxy

  1. Charge it over USB-C (about 2 hours for a full charge).
  2. Unlock: hold the button for 3 seconds to turn it on.
  3. Pick a heat setting: single-click to cycle Blue, Green, Red and White.
  4. Cold load your concentrate along the walls of the 3D Chamber. Do not overpack.
  5. Cap it: press the Joystick Cap down snugly on the chamber.
  6. Heat: double-click. The light pulses while heating, then flashes and vibrates 3 times when ready.
  7. Inhale gently, holding it upright. Double-click to Boost for more heat and time.

How to Clean the Puffco Proxy

  1. After each use: gently swab the warm (not hot) chamber in a circular motion with a cotton swab and 90%+ isopropyl alcohol.
  2. Deep clean the chamber: once cool, soak it in 90%+ ISO for 20 to 30 minutes, then let it dry fully.
  3. Base: swab the gold contacts and air path only. Never soak the base or wet the USB port.
  4. Glass: soak in ISO for about 30 minutes, rinse with water and dry before reattaching.
  5. Joystick Cap: can be soaked too; the silicone may swell briefly and then shrink back.

Is the Puffco New Proxy worth it?

If you want a portable dab device that can change form, yes. The New Proxy is a modular base that fits every Proxy glass piece and the Proxy Core, with a taller 3D Chamber, app control and USB-C pass-through charging. It costs less than the original Proxy did at launch. The trade-offs are about 15 dabs per charge and a smaller chamber than the Peak Pro.

What is the difference between the New Proxy and the original Proxy?

The New Proxy adds Bluetooth control with the Puffco Connect app, a taller New Proxy 3D Chamber that holds bigger dabs with less splash-out, longer battery life and a refined shape with new glass. It still works with all Proxy glass pieces, and only the new app-enabled base works with the Proxy Core accessory.

New Proxy vs Proxy Core Kit: which should I get?

They use the same New Proxy base. The Pipe Kit comes with the glass Proxy Pipe for the best flavor. The Proxy Core Kit swaps the glass for a durable, glass-free aluminum cup and silicone mouthpiece built for travel. You can also buy the Core as an accessory later for your New Proxy.

What are the Puffco Proxy heat settings?

There are 4 settings, changed with a single click: Blue (about 490F) for the most flavor, Green (about 510F) balanced, Red (about 530F) strong, and White (about 545F) for maximum vapor. You can customize them in the Puffco Connect app.

What does Boost Mode do?

After the Proxy heats up, double-click to boost. It raises the temperature and extends your session. Do not start heat-up more than 4 times in a row.

How many dabs per charge, and how long does it take to charge?

Puffco rates the New Proxy for around 15 dabs per charge, depending on your heat setting. A full charge takes about 2 hours over USB-C, and you can use it while it charges as long as it has some battery.

Why is my Proxy flashing white 3 times?

That means the chamber is not attached. Remove the chamber and reseat it, lining up its 3 prongs with the base. Do not force it.

Why is my Proxy flashing red and white?

That is a chamber connection error. Remove the chamber and soak it in 90% or higher isopropyl alcohol for about 20 minutes, let it dry completely and reattach it. Gently swab the gold contact points on the base too.

Why does my Proxy show a solid red light?

A solid red light for 5 seconds means it is overheating, often from heavy use or being left somewhere warm like a car. Let it rest and it will work normally again.

How do you connect the Proxy to the app?

On Android, download Puffco Connect. On iPhone, use the Path Browser app. Hold the Proxy button for about 6 seconds until it glows blue, then select it in the app.

What warranty does the New Proxy have?

Puffco covers the Proxy base for 2 years and the chamber for 6 months. Glass is not covered.
