Why People Pick the DynaVap G3
- Lowest cost: DynaVap’s most affordable full vaporizer, with a torch in the kit.
- Clean glass taste: the Glass UniBody gives you a glass chamber and vapor path.
- Two pieces only: the Captive Cap and the Glass UniBody, so there is almost nothing to assemble.
- No material in your mouth: a built-in glass screen keeps herb in the chamber.
- Stays put: the tri-lobe midsection doubles as an anti-roll design.
- Microdose ready: the 0.05g chamber is made for small, efficient sessions.
How to Use the DynaVap G3
- Remove the cap from the glass tip.
- Load your ground dry herb into the chamber.
- Replace the cap; the tri-lobe design helps it sit at the right point.
- Heat the cap with a torch until it clicks, about 5–7 seconds.
- Inhale slowly from the mouthpiece end.
- Wait for the second click as the cap cools down.
- Reheat for more extraction, or empty the chamber when your herb is done.
Tip: heat the metal cap, not the glass, and rotate it slowly in the flame so it heats evenly. The circular airport lets you adjust airflow with your finger as you draw.
Heat Source
The G3 is made for a torch lighter, and one comes in the kit. DynaVap does not recommend induction heaters such as the Wand with the G3 because of its glass construction. Shop butane and refillable torches in our torches and lighters.

DynaVap G3 FAQ
What is the DynaVap G3?
The DynaVap G3 is a battery-free dry herb vaporizer with an all-glass body. It has just two pieces: DynaVap's signature Captive Cap and a Glass UniBody that combines the tip, chamber, built-in glass screen and midsection. Heat the cap with a torch until it clicks, then draw.
Is the DynaVap G3 worth it?
For a first DynaVap or a budget microdosing device, yes. It is DynaVap's lowest-cost full vaporizer, comes with a torch and tin case, and the glass body gives a clean taste. The trade-offs are a small 0.05g bowl, a glass body that needs careful handling, and no induction heater support.
How do I use the DynaVap G3?
Remove the cap, load ground herb into the glass chamber, and put the cap back on. Heat the cap with a torch until it clicks, which takes about 5 to 7 seconds. Inhale from the mouthpiece end. The cap clicks again as it cools, and you can reheat for another cycle.
DynaVap G3 vs B2: which should I get?
Pick the G3 for the lowest price, an all-glass vapor path and microdoses (0.05g bowl). Pick the B2 for a bigger 0.075g bowl, a stainless steel tip, an unbreakable silicone stem and a 10mm water pipe fit. The B2 also works with induction heaters, and the G3 does not.
Can I use an induction heater with the DynaVap G3?
No. DynaVap does not recommend the Wand or other induction heaters with the G3 because of its glass construction. Use a torch lighter instead; one comes in the kit.
Can I use the DynaVap G3 with a bong?
DynaVap does not list the G3 as water pipe compatible, and its Glass UniBody is not tapered. If you want to use a water pipe, the B2 and M7 both fit a 10mm water piece.
What is the DynaVap G3 bowl size?
DynaVap lists the G3 chamber at 0.05g, which makes it well suited to microdosing and short sessions.
What parts work with the DynaVap G3?
DynaVap lists the Captive Cap, Low Temp Cap, Perforated Cap and Cap Armor as compatible, plus the DynaStash, SlimStash and SlingStash cases. Tips, condenser assemblies, dosing capsules and the DynaCoil do not fit.
How do I clean the DynaVap G3?
Use the included Pink Slip cleaning tab for regular wipe-downs. For a deeper clean, remove the cap and soak the Glass UniBody in isopropyl alcohol, rinse it with warm water and let it dry fully before your next session.
Is the DynaVap G3 fragile?
It is made of glass, so treat it like any glass piece: keep it in the included tin case and avoid drops. If you want something tougher, the B2 has an unbreakable silicone stem and the M7 is all stainless steel.
Can the DynaVap G3 do concentrates?
DynaVap sells and describes the G3 as a dry herb vaporizer. For concentrates, look at an electric dab rig or a wax pen instead.
