Use a medium to coarse grind or small whole chunks. Pack gently up to just below the edge, leaving a slight gap for optimal airflow and best flavor.

What are the metal screens for?

The Go Glass Aroma Tube has a built-in glass screen, so extra metal screens are optional with it and can make vapor slightly harsher. Arizer includes 5 Go Filter Screens in the box. We recommend coarsely ground botanicals for the smoothest, tastiest results.

What temperature should I use?

• 180–200°C (356–392°F) for smooth, flavorful vapor
• 200–220°C (392–428°F) for thicker, stronger vapor Adjust slightly depending on your herbal blend.

Why is my Arizer Go SRT not producing visible vapor at lower temperatures?

Lower temperatures produce thinner, more flavorful vapor that is harder to see. Raise the temperature in small steps, check that the shell or tube is not packed too tightly, and try the Heat Mode setting to adjust oven power.

How do I register the warranty?

No registration is required. Keep your dated proof of purchase. Arizer covers the heating element for life, gives a limited 2-year warranty on defects in materials or workmanship, and a limited 1-year warranty on the battery. Glass is not covered. How fast does the Arizer Go SRT heat up?

Arizer says the Go SRT goes “from cold to cloud in seconds.” The bars on the display fill as it heats, and once they are all yellow it beeps and vibrates twice to tell you it is ready.

Press and hold the ACTION button for 3 seconds to turn it on or off. If the lock is on, press UP, DOWN, UP to unlock (the code is also printed on the base). Press ACTION to start heating.

Why does my Go SRT only charge to 80%?

That is Arizer's Eco Charging feature, which protects battery life. To charge to 100%, press and hold the UP button while the Go SRT is plugged in.
