The Early Days – 2016

Dr. Dabber was founded in 2013 by two people operating out of a garage in Florida. They started by packing and shipping 10-15 orders per day for their initial vape pens products like the Ghost and Light. Within 18 months, they had outgrown their Florida facility and decided to move the company headquarters to Las Vegas, Nevada in 2016 to be closer to the emerging cannabis market.

How to Clean Dr Dabber Products

Cleaning and maintaining your vaporizer is important as it will allow for better draws, reduce stains, and increase the lifespan of your device. Cleaning your vaporizer is no trouble, and can be done quickly.

DO NOT CLEAN WHEN THE DEVICE IS HOT, WAIT FOR 10 MINUTES AFTER A SESSION.

Note: Before cleaning your Dr Dabber device, make sure it is not plugged in and wait for it to cool down. Also, never use abrasive materials such as steel wool as it may scratch the surface.

  1. Remove the ceramic bowl from the device

  2. Disassemble the glass piece and carb cap if applicable

  3. Using cotton swabs or pipe cleaner, gently clean the inside of the device’s chamber and the threads of the connection point.

  4. Fill a small container with isopropyl alcohol, and submerge the ceramic bowl, glass piece, and carb cap in the alcohol. Allow them to soak for a few minutes.

  5. Use a cotton swab or pipe cleaner to gently scrub the ceramic bowl, glass piece, and carb cap. Be sure to clean all surfaces, including the small crevices.

  6. Rinse the ceramic bowl, glass piece, and carb cap with warm water and dry them with a clean towel.

  7. Reassemble the device and turn it on to the highest temperature setting for a few minutes to burn off any remaining alcohol residue.

  8. Please turn off the device, and allow it to cool down, and your Dr Dabber device is now clean and ready for use.
