Messed up the first go around then I figured out there isn’t supposed to be any water in the bottom chamber once I cleaned up my mess it worked beautifully so far I’ve only used the metal nail

Got one from my local head shop and it won’t work I charged it tried new batteries and it still giving me the battery issue warnings I charged it for several hours and it only heated up enough to melt a dab but not take one and hasn’t worked since anyone got any ideas I don’t want to give up on it yet
