Important: We are closed for the extended Christmas holiday weekend.
City Vaporizer is headquartered in Canada, and in observance of the holidays, our offices will be fully closed from Wednesday, December 25th through Sunday, December 28th, 2025.
This includes:
- December 25: Christmas Day
- December 26: Boxing Day (observed in Canada)
- December 27 & 28: Weekends we are Closed
Although most of our customers are in the USA, we honor Boxing Day as part of our Canadian operations.
Customer support (tickets, emails, and voicemails) will resume on Monday, December 29th, 2025.Â
